On top, the 4.5kW griddle gives you plenty of space to cook crowd-pleasing favourites on its 10mm thick, dual zone mild steel cooking plate. Fast to heat up, the griddle features simple independent dial temperature control for each side, allowing you to cook one side, whilst holding cooked food on the other.
Below, the convection oven has space for up to three full size (1/1 GN) gastronorm trays - plenty of room for busy kitchens. It also includes a handy grill function, allowing you to brown or finish off dishes without a separate grill - saving valuable kitchen space. And as the oven is fan-assisted, cooking times are reduced, giving you even temperatures throughout the cavity, so there's no need to swap shelves to achieve different temperatures.
Strong stainless steel construction throughout the griddle and oven makes the whole cooking station highly durable and easy to clean.
