We do not collect any of the special categories of data defined under GDRP.

  • Delivery service providers: Including DHL, Evri and Palletline who need your address and contact information to communicate with you about deliveries we make to you.

6. Payment Providers

7. Business Leasing

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as a credit broker with reference number 656125. If you apply for a business leasing quotation through our website, we will share the information you provide with one of our preferred finance partners for the purpose of reviewing and processing your application. This information is only shared when:

  • You complete our business leasing form.
  • You select the business leasing option during checkout.
  • You request it via email or telephone conversation with one of our agents.

Our representative, or a representative from the finance partner, may contact you directly to request additional information or clarification to help support your leasing application. All information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of obtaining a leasing quotation on your behalf. This process may involve:

  • Credit checks.
  • Fraud prevention checks.
  • Risk assessments conducted on you and/or your business.

Please note: these checks may leave a credit footprint on your credit file.


8. Financial Service Partners:

If you apply for or hold a credit account directly with us, we may also share the data you provide to our financial services providers to perform credit checks. We use this information to assess risk at the point of account setup and to periodically review the account and your ongoing creditworthiness. We currently work with:

9. International Transfers:

Most of our processing is performed on our own servers, located in UK data centers and is managed by our own staff which are all based in UK offices. However, some of our service providers may process and store your data outside of the UK. For example:

  • Google LLC – who provide our marketing and advertising services 
  • Microsoft Corporation – who provide our email communication systems
  • Smartsheets Inc – who provide our contact form features 
  • Cloudflare Inc – who provide our caching and firewall services 

In these cases, we ensure adequate protection through contractual safeguards and data processing agreements, in line with legal requirements. By using our services, you agree to these international transfers.


10. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil its purpose:

  • Customer & Invoice Records: 7 years after contract ends.
  • Enquiries/Quotes (no sale): Up to 2 years.
  • Website Logs/Stats: Up to 2 years after your last visit.

Data is securely deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
