The front-mounted drain tap makes the process even easier - there's no need for lifting heavy pans of oil - simply put a container underneath and open the tap. The V-shaped pan maximises the oil drained away, leaving it ready for cleaning and refilling. And when the fryer is not in use, the included stainless steel lid helps to protect the oil until the next cook.
