RTI Thermapen Thermometers are well suited to meet the demands of professional use with their fast temperature readings, compact design, accuracy and long battery life.
ETI Thermapens read temperatures 50% quicker that traditional probe thermometers which makes them a fantastic choice for the fast paced catering and hospitality industry.
These thermometers measure temperatures between -49.9°C to 299.9°C with an accuracy of +/-0.4°C between -49.9°C and 199°C (+/-1°C outside this range). Readings are displayed on a 14.3mm LCD display.
ETI Thermapens are powered by 2 x 3 volt lithium coin cell batteries ands provide a predicted life of 1500 hours. A power-off function turns the thermometer off after 10 unused minutes.
These thermometers are cased in ABS plastic. The ABS plastic casing is strong, durable and extremely hygienic thanks to Biomaster additives. Biomaster additives are powerful silver based biocides which reduce hygiene risks. The concentration of silver in Biomaster releases ions which inhibit microbial growth.
