The Falcon 6 Burner Dominator Plus Dual Fuel Range G3101OTC features 6 high-performance gas burners with cast iron pan supports and a general purpose fan-assisted electric oven. The removable stainless steel hob and vitreous enamelled oven chamber are both easy to clean and use. The wide temperature range and five shelf positions make the range extremely versatile, and the twin oven doors with individual catches help retain heat within the oven chamber. The range also features laser-etched control icons and low profile oven door handles for reduced intrusion into working space and is 2/1 Gastronorm compatible.
