The torch is easily and securely attached to the gas cartridge and covers the whole top. The piezo ignition makes it easy to ignite, the large gas dial allows for easy adjusting the flame size and intensity. Provides approximately 8 hours burn time and a clear blue flame with 0 impurities. Does not taint food or flavours.
This chefs torch can operate at every angle, even upside down, thanks to the improved design of the burner that prevents flaring, helping to achieve perfectly browned sugar, braised meat, and vegetables every time.
