The large capacity, stainless steel HogMaster Hog Roast Machine is fully mobile thanks to its gas supply and four castors (two which can be locked) thus making it ideal for outside catering.
The electric rotisserie allows users to spit a full pig or lamb (up to 70kg) thanks to the use of an electric motor the spit is able to turn at the optimum speed for even cooking. It is also highly robust and easy to clean thanks to its stainless steel construction.
Your Hogmaster also makes a great Spit Roast machine, with the glass viewing panel this gives more theatre during the cooking process.
It also comes as standard with temperature control for easy cooking whilst the tray can be raised through brackets allowing easy carving and serving. The machine is capable of cooking up to 100kg of meat in one session.
The HogMaster is unbelievably portable, because of its light weight design and with its 4 strong handles you can pick it up and carry it effortlessly, this means you can fit it into the most unaccessable and difficult of places.
