This large Isothermal Plate Cover with Base is available in a neutral, light grey colour. Suitable for plates up to 25.5cm diameter. It is a 2 Part Set that includes both the cover and the base to fit a plate into. The set is made out of a mixture of high quality polypropylene and polyurethane. Both materials are very robust, yet light and make this product extremely durable. The isothermal design allows to keep food hot for up to 60 minutes if you use both the lid and base together, which is perfect to aid busy food service times. The cloche also helps with protecting food, prevents flavours from escaping and odours from spreading throughout the premises. The lid also allows for the meals to be pre-prepared and stacked, ready for service. Both parts of the set are dishwasher and sterilising sink safe as long as guidelines are followed.
