Lincat’s wall mounted recirculation units create a clean and fresh working environment by removing kitchen odours and reducing airborne grease particles. Well suited to electric appliances, not suitable for use with gas appliances.
Two sizes are available, and both feature a three-part filtration system that comprises of a washable aluminium mesh (for removing large grease particles), a washable foam layer (which absorbs finer grease particles) and a replaceable activated charcoal filter which cleans and freshens odours from the air. Easy access for cleaning and filter maintenance thanks to hinged top panel.
Installed much like a traditional canopy, these fume filtration units pull in fumes from the cooking area below using powerful centrifugal fans. Instead of dumping air through ducting to the outside, the units push air through the 3-part filter system before expelling it at the top rear of the unit, re-circulating around the kitchen.
