This vitreous enamel roasting tin uses the same heavyweight steel design as MasterClass’s award-winning bakeware range. But there’s an added ingredient – a thick, extra-tough layer of vitreous enamel. Together, these materials provide superior protection against nicks, scratches and heat damage. The end result: a roasting pan that’s more than durable enough for commercial kitchens, as well as busy homes. The oven tin measures 27 x 21 cm (10½” x 8½”), with a depth of 4 cm (1½”). This small-but-practical size makes it ideal for roasting smaller beef sirloins and pork shoulders to tender perfection, as well as cooking crisp roast potatoes and succulent veg. Enamelled Bakeware for Outstanding Strength This roasting pan is formed from a core of 1 mm-thick carbon steel. This heavyweight design ensures there’s no warping or buckling, even when you put the tin under a hot grill. It’s also been through a high-temperature enamelling process, the end result being a tough layer of glass fused forever onto the surface of the pan. This durable finish means the pan is incredibly scratch resistant. You can even use metal utensils without scratching or damaging it.

When shipping large appliances & bulk orders, we normally send items on a pallet. Unless specified otherwise, these deliveries are kerbside only.
