The Merrychef ConneX 12 High Speed Oven in carbon black is the next generation of high-speed oven for your commercial kitchen. Designed to speed up service, reduce queues and maximise profits. This one piece of equipment can cook, toast, reheat and grill. Easy to use with a 7-inch touchscreen interface and complete menu control for guaranteed consistent high-quality food.

Compact and stylish design, with cool-to-touch sides, allows it to fit anywhere. The 12” x 12” cavity sits in a 14” width oven on a standard 600mm worktop. It’s easy to install, with ventless technology, no need for a canopy and this standard power unit will work off a 13A plug. Like with all Merrychef ovens, the conneX provides quick pre-heat and cool down times, low energy usage in standby, providing unbeatable value for money.

Powerful High-Speed Technology

The perfectly balanced tri-pleX technology delivers maximum performance and ensures consistent cooking. Combining microwave and convection technology, the oven rapidly heats air and returns it to the cavity through catalytic converters and an impinger plate. This heat pattern allows food to cook evenly and produces a crisp golden finish, every time. This method is 80% faster than traditional convection ovens.
