The iCookingSuite is the cooking intelligence in the iVario for ease of use and the greatest possible support for boiling, frying, deep-frying or any cooking method you want. Intelligent sensors in the pan base recognise the load size, the condition and size of the food, and continually adjust the cooking process. As soon as you need to take some action, the iCookingSuite will let you know. So low temperature cooking has the same consistent quality overnight too, because the iCookingSuite regulates everything.

iVarioBoost is the patented heating technology made from ceramic heating elements, which are connected with the fast-response, scratch-resistant pan base. The iVario Pro uniformly heats up the entire pan base to 200 °C in less than 2.5 minutes and where required reduces the temperature extremely fast. At the same time, there is enough reserve capacity available to quickly absorb temperature fluctuations when searing large quantities or adding liquid. For you this means maximum performance, but also no sticking or boiling over. As a result, the best food quality, more productivity, less roast losses and less energy consumption.

With iZoneControl you can divide the pan base into individual heating zones and operate these with different temperatures; unused surface can even stay cold. You start the intelligent cooking path for each zone and the pan base now automatically has the temperature required for your desired result. Also iZoneControl makes suggestions as to which zone is best for your foods, you can work even more efficiently. For you, this means high flexibility, time savings and always having everything under control.

Ergonomic height adjustment.
