Depending on which side you use, the cross and stripe grill grate will either give your products the classic grill stripes or the popular original American steakhouse pattern. The cross and stripe grill grate is extremely robust and offers a long service life. The TriLax® non-stick coating of the Rational Trilax Cross & Stripe Grill Grate GN 1/1 supports browning and is best suited for use at temperatures up to 300 °C.
