This Small Display Tray, also known as a Butcher’s Tray is a great solution for displaying various products. Often used for foods such as meats, fish, cakes, baked goods and desserts. The tray comes in two different choices of neutral colours – white and black. Made out of high quality HIPS (High Impact Polysterene), which is very lightweight as well as food contact safe to meet your catering needs. These trays are light, but robust at the same time. Please, note though that the trays are not unbreakable despite of their natural high impact resistance. High sides of the tray (approx. 25mm) help keeping products in place for displaying (either in window displays or buffets). The trays are very easy to separate.
