The UC-L is a standard size commercial dishwasher featuring a 500x500mm basket, but with an increased clear entry height that makes it ideal for washing taller items. Part of Winterhalter’s premium line of undercounter warewashers, the UC-L is the perfect choice for busy food sites with high washing demand.
German engineered with technology at its heart, the software of the UC-L can be fully customised to suit your needs: pre-configured out of the box to operate as a commercial glasswasher, dishwasher, cutlery washer or a bistro washer to suit mixed loads.
User friendly, smart touch display with three wash programmes that automatically adapt to the shape and size of the level of soling. Combined with Winterhalter’s innovative wash field design and perfect nozzle geometry, the new UC-L uses 25% less water compared to the previous model. Electricity and chemical use also drop, all with first-class wash results.
Highly configurable with a wide range of extras including connected wash WiFi connectivity, heat recovery systems for reduced running costs & cold rinse options.
