The Lincat CiBO+ is a high speed accelerated cooking oven that combines three heating technologies into one unit: TurboAir, Microwave cooking & ContactBase. This allows the CiBO+ to cook up to 12x faster than conventional methods. The result is faster service, fantastic food and a wide menu choice that can be consistently delivered – with no chef required!
Over 40+ Programmed Menu Items
Designed to be incredibly easy to use. The pre-programmed menu includes over 40 individual cooking programs for a wide variety of produce. A unique queue buster function also cuts cooking times when needed.
Microwave Power Rapidly Cooks Thick Foods & Pre-Assembled Sandwiches
Over and above the traditional Lincat CiBO, this plus model also features microwave cooking stages, making it ideal for dense/thick foods such as pies, jacket potatoes, lasagne etc. It can also cook paninis, baguettes and toasties fully assembled.
Highly Energy Efficient
Designed to use less power, the CIBO+ will cut your energy use and allow you to deliver a wide variety of menu items from a single appliance. For example, this single high-speed oven can cook three 12-inch pizzas and six toasties whilst using just 1.44kW of energy! It also features an enhanced eco mode that takes the energy output from 1.44kW, to 1kW of energy per hour, reducing energy use by 40%.
Ventless Cooking
A built-in catalytic converter means the CiBO can also be used without the need for extraction or ventilation. Combined with a stylish design and small footprint, it makes it perfect for use in front-of-house installations in cafes, bistros and convenience stores etc.
