Asparagus & Egg Charcoal Oven Recipe

Delicious Asparagus & Egg recipe cooked in the Kopa Charcoal Oven, simple dish that is enhanced by the rich smokey flavours produced by the Kopa Oven.


  • Asparagus
  • Spinach
  • Egg
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon Oil
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Sunflower seeds


  1. Season asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Grill in a Kopa oven for 2-3 minutes until the Asparagus takes on a nice colour.
  3. Season the spinach with salt, vinegar and oil.
  4. Quickly grill spinach in the Kopa oven.
  5. Assemble the Asparagus on a plate.
  6. Fry an egg and place over asparagus.
  7. Sprinkle pumpkin and sunflower seeds over the dish.
  8. Season with lemon oil.
