- Pumpkin Seeds
- Sunflower seeds
- Season asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Grill in a Kopa oven for 2-3 minutes until the Asparagus takes on a nice colour.
- Season the spinach with salt, vinegar and oil.
- Quickly grill spinach in the Kopa oven.
- Assemble the Asparagus on a plate.
- Fry an egg and place over asparagus.
- Sprinkle pumpkin and sunflower seeds over the dish.
- Season with lemon oil.
