Chicken Skewers Charcoal Oven Recipe

Cook Chicken Skewers on your Kopa Charcoal Oven, hugely popular summer dish with a marinade chicken and light salad.


  • Chicken
  • Coconut Milk
  • Curry Base
  • Lime Juice
  • Salt
  • Chilli
  • Carrots
  • Daikon
  • Coriander


  1. Chop chicken into chicken chunks.
  2. Brine in salty water for 24 hours.
  3. Marinade in coconut milk, curry base and lime juice.
  4. Assemble the skewers and grill in the Kopa oven.
  5. Flip the skewers to cook evenly.
  6. Remove the skewers and sprinkle with lime juice for freshness.
  7. Make coleslaw from chopped chilli, julienne carrots, julienne daikon and fresh coriander.
  8. Assemble skewers on a plate finishing of with coleslaw dressing.
